Administrator

Are you looking for an immediate start? Randstad CPE urgently requires an experienced Administrator to work for a leading construction company within the market. The right candidate will be well presented with excellent people skills.

Duties



* Handling staff and visitor enquiries
* Booking meeting rooms and catering and assisting with equipment and refreshments
* Ordering stationery and supplies
* Office inspections
* Basic housekeeping - filling copier & welfare supplies
* Issuing appointments on behalf of staff
* MS Office - Outlook essential, Word, Power point, Office 356 and Excel is preferred
* First Aid / fire warden training would be added advantage

For this role you must have 3 year minimum experience within an administrator role, construction/plant background is preferred but not essential.
