job description

Administrator required in Liverpool for an immediate start. This is initally temp with the view to potentially going permanent. The position is working on an exciting contract working for a Facilities Management company that is initially 6 months.



* To log all incoming requests to the Helpdesk on the Maximo CAFM system, allocate the Work Orders, and chase for updates as required.
* To maintain the Maximo CAFM administration including raising and receipting Purchase Orders, generating PPMs and processing Work Orders.
* To provide administrative support including answering telephones, filing, faxing, photocopying, and assistance with keeping holiday and sickness records up to date.
* To assist in the daily operation of the contract including HR issues and information for payroll, chasing purchasing queries, and sourcing materials via the Internet.
* To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans
* To assist in the administration of maintaining office equipment.
* To comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
* To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service.
