Are you an accurate and efficient Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client - a large outsourcing company is looking to hire a number of Administrators to work at Arlington Business Park(Leeds) on a 6 months FTC.

Key Responsibilities?

* Working in the ophthalmic payments processing team
* Ensure all claims for payment are validated
* Ensure that claims for payment are processed accurately and efficiently within defined timescale
* maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
* Positively contribute to the service levels and KPI's
* Working as part of the team
* Perform back office administrative and other task as may be necessary to support the team

Desired Skills?

* Administration and data entry experience
* Data processing
* Good verbal communication skills
* Good time management
* Experience of Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
* Bulk scanning and file management
* CRM system experience - not essential
