Administrator

Administrator - Stourton LS10- Immediate start - 2 Months Temp- Possible Temp To perm

Are you a proven administrator seeking work in the Stourton area?

Are you immediate to start and looking for full time hours for the next 2-6 months? With Chance of temp to Perm?

Our leading Facilities client based near Stourton are seeking a motivated, professional and reliable administrator for the next 3 - 6 months. Working as part of a team, you will help ensure that property maintenance reports and data is kept up to date and processed efficiently.



* Monday to Friday 9- 5:30 (flexible)
* Immediate start
* Excellent working environment
* £10 PH (weekly pay)
* Long term contract
* Training provided

Duties include:



* Systems management - Data entry - Using Oracle
* Updating internal systems and actioning new information / Amendments
* General filing and scanning
* Responding to emails and work requests
* Document control - managing expiry dates and system workflow

Experience Needed:



* Immediate to start
* Proven administration experience
* Data entry and high levels of accuracy
* Professional and reliable
