Are you organised, friendly and looking for a new job opportunity? Are you looking to work in Norwich? Do you have admin experience? This could be the job for you!

A construction company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Norwich on a contract basis for 2 months, with a possibility of extension depending on how you perform. The role is paid on an hourly rate at £9 - £9.50 PAYE.

Construction experience is necessary. Administration experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Using COINS to work with invoices
* Booking transport, booking hotels
* Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
* Dealing with senior operations managers
* Office Archiving
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Preparation of outgoing post
* Greeting visitors

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience of COINS
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
