Job Role: Support Administrator/PASalary: Up to £17 per hour Location: North LondonHours: 35 per week 8:30am - 5:15pmAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Administrator/PA based in a Local Authority in North London. The successful candidate will need knowledge, skill and experience in the following areas: Provide high quality and comprehensive administrative / PA and/or finance support to a team or service in relation to any of the functions undertaken, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient and customer focused service within required timescales and in line with Corporate policies.Set up, maintain and review processes and systems to ensure effective day to day operation of the service in accordance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements.To work effectively as part of a team and actively contribute to the smooth running of the service.Contribute to the delivery of an administrative/ secretarial / PA / financial / performance / management information function to ensure effective operation of the service.Maintain a wide knowledge of policies, procedures and statutory legislation and to regularly update that knowledge in order to give correct information and advice.Deal effectively with all contacts from a wide range of people, using tact and discretion, assessing needs and re-directing the enquiry where appropriate.Receive complaints, as appropriate to the service, with tact and sensitivity over the telephone and in person log and refer to other officers where appropriate.Organise meetings including the preparation of agendas, taking and circulating of minutes and prompting attendees for action items.Clients are looking to interview and shortlist shortly, so please submit your CV promptly for consideration.Please apply with submission of your CV and Chandani Jethwa from our London CPE office will be in touch.
