Administrator - Nottingham

Are you looking for exposure into Full-Time employment? Do you have a keen eye for detail? If so a leading Construction company are recruiting for an administrator and we are looking for individuals seeking a new challenge or their first challenge just like you!

This positon is to serve Administrative duties to the client and be the first point of call for any queries that may arise.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

* Raise purchase orders via SAP
* Receipt purchase orders via SAP
* Populate daily, weekly and monthly reports via Microsoft packages (word & excel mainly) and have an awareness of pivot tables.
* Support with collation of payroll on a weekly and monthly basis (attention to detail is required)
* Support with all aspects of fleet and plant ordering and off hiring
* New starter support
* HR support (no experience necessary) absence reporting etc
* Calendar management
* Travel and accommodation booking via central system (training will be given)
* Health & Safety administration support via on line system (training will be given)
* Support with ordering of new assets such as mobile phones and IT equipment
* Adhoc administration duties
