Administrator- Portsmouth PO6- £10.45

Our Client is a multinational Facilities company seeking an Administrator to join their Successful Team based Portsmouth PO6. Being one of the largest construction companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.

If successful, your primary focus will be to assist the FM Support Manager on all aspects of recruitment. Assist the admin team in meeting objectives and standards of the department's administrative service. Also to assist with the data entry on a Time and Attendance system.

Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy while ensuring deadlines are met.
* Excellent communication, reception, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to deal with management, staff, customers, patients and the general public.
* Ability to communicate in oral and written English.
* Working knowledge of clerical procedures.
* Ability to understand and work with wages, administrative and personnel processes and practises.

* NVQ 3 or equivalent.
* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
* Typing qualification or significant level of skill gained through experience.
* IT experience, preferably in the use of Microsoft Office.
