Are you an Excel Whizz? A Tier 1 contractor requires a Technical Administrator to assist them within the M&E team

You must be able to start immediately (1 week notice period will be considered) for a 6 month+ contract.

iTrent EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

This position is paying £16-25ph LTD (£14-15ph PAYE) on a temp basis.

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:



* Create Document Registers with dashboard
* Maintain document tracking system
* Identify, gather and input document information for a smooth running document tracking system.
* Streamline and maintain electronic filing system on the shared drive.
* Create and maintain a minimal use of paper permit system.
* Be able to work autonomously

Document Control Candidate Requirements:



* Advanced Excel skills including the ability to present Data Visually, Add Advanced Functions, Insert Illustrations, Sort and Filter Data, Insert PivotTables and PivotCharts, Manage Worksheets and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) & Macros.
* Proven history of creating excel trackers
* Have strong attention to detail
* CSCS Card would be ideal not essential
