job description

A large construction company is looking for an administrator to join their head office in Harefield for at least 6 months with potential to be made permanent. The role is fixed term contract paying up to £23,000.

Construction experience is ideal. You must have strong administration skills.

Responsibilities:



* Handing hard and soft copy documents
* Elements of document control
* Clearing a backlog of hard and soft copies
* Organising hard copies and soft copies in
* After 6 months you'll work closely with the Quantity Surveying team and be taught about claims and billings

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
