I am looking for a committed Operational Support Administrator to join a national energy company on a long term temporary basis (3-6 months with a potential of extension).

The successful individuals will be required to support with a wide range of administration tasks for multiple types of workforce. Headed by the Operational Support and Compliance Manager, you will be supporting new and existing processes and practices.

What are the main duties?

* Dealing with compliance, contacts / documents such as expiry dates on certificates,
* Keeping engineers compliant - e.g. ensuring engineers who are not qualified are dispatched to fix gas leaks etc.
* Reporting,
* Communicating with the operations teams,
* Data Input

What would be the ideal candidate like?

* Would have a customer service background
* Good communication skills
* Proficient users of MS Excel, Outlook and MS Word
* Has a keen eye for detail
* Posses good organisational skills
* is logical and is able to effectively solve problems
* Uses his/hers own initiative
* A knowledge of sales force is an advantage
* H&S Knowledge is an advantage
* Being tech savvy is an advantage
