Do you have procurement experience? Do you have commercial experience? This sounds like the job for you!

A construction company is looking for a Procurement Administrator with commercial experience to join their team in Stanford-Le-Hope on a contract basis. The contract length is initially 2 - 4 weeks, with potential to be extended until June 2020.

Commercial experience is necessary. Procurement / buying experience is necessary. Construction experience is necessary.

* Hiring process of plant equipment
* Negotiate with suppliers
* Enter data accurately into an excel database
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Gather information via phone and email
* Liaise with senior members of various teams
* Updating and maintaining documents
* Office Archiving
* Arranging couriers

The ideal candidate will have:

* Ability to follow guidelines and problem solve
* Experience in the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
