Are you organised, friendly and looking for a new job opportunity?

A construction company is looking for an Administrator Assistant to join their team in Stevenage on a fixed term contract for 6 - 12 months. It is offering a salary of £22,000.

Construction experience is necessary.

* Assist the lead administrator
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Gather information via phone and email
* Liaise with senior members of various teams
* Updating and maintaining documents
* Office Archiving
* Arranging couriers
* Ad hoc

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
