Based in a busy office in Stroud, providing administration support to the studio including reception of visitors, travel booking and supply ordering. A varied and engaging role covering many areas of the business and working within a small team.
KEYS AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
* Overseeing reception activities
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering and directing calls
* Administration of petty cash and expense advances
* Overseeing staff expense claims
* Booking international & domestic travel including flights, hotels and transport
* Purchase order administration for office supplies
* Maintaining stock of studio supplies
* Assistance to the Director of Production as necessary
* Organising staff events
* Maintaining diaries and calendars
* Administering requests for company vehicles
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Direct experience of administration - 2 years minimum
* Strong computer skills conversant with Microsoft office
