    Calling out to administrators in the Warrington area looking for their next contract for an exciting opportunity.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Providing support to stakeholders (both internal and external), with the administration and acquisition of external resources.
    • Calculating labour cost estimation, based on planned resources against agreed rates.
    • Update and distribute reports related to the administration and procurement of external resources.
    • Ensure contractual obligation with suppliers relative to the procurement of external resources is fulfilled according to the signed agreements.
    • Managing approved purchase orders through the process of invoicing.
    • Sending reports to vendors on a weekly basis of approved time registrations.
    • Assisting vendors in resolving discrepancies in approved hour reports and month end summaries.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Experience within accounting / pay / administration / recruitment.
    • SAP and / or CRM experience.
    • Good communicator.

    Key Information:

    • Initial 1 year contract with potential opportunity to go permanent after.
    • Initial 2 weeks training in the office then hybrid working is an option.
    • Paid through PAYE, annual salary of around £23-25k.
