We have a new role working with a UK leading construction business for the next 10 months in East London.

Candidates need to have High Quality Residential experience and familiar with NHBC standards and will interview in the coming weeks.

Responsibilities:



* Interface with customers, construction teams, asset property manager and aftersales manager on legacy issues.
* Responsible for the progression and close out of legacy defects.
* Weekly reporting of legacy progression via a formal report
* Support aftersales with the investigation and subsequent reporting of contentious or escalation issues.
* Provide support to the Lead Production Manager in the progression and close out of legacy issues.
* Establish and maintain good working relations with the legacy construction teams, consultants and Contractor representatives.
* Manage progression of legacy defects through to conclusion and ensure stakeholders comply with all Health & Safety and GMR's.

Requirements:



* Experience with high quality residential projects
* Familiar with NHBC standards
* Trades background, NVQ or degree qualified.
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
