Have you got a background in Commercial Air Conditioning?

An excellent opportunity has become avaliable to work as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer for one of the UK's leading FM maintenance providers on a mobile basis, you will be required to perform all PPMs and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of retail stores within the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire/Berkshire regions.

* The service & maintenance engineer will be covering the servicing, maintenance and some installation of the commercial air-conditioning
* As service engineer you will cover air handling, air con & refrigeration
* Carry out all maintenance tasks and PPM's as scheduled
* Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
* Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

To be successful in this role, my client are keen to meet with individuals with the following:

* NVQ level 2 but prefer level 4 in Air-conditioning and refrigeration
* Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
* F Gas qualified
* 17th Edition desired
* 2nd Trade Discipline highly desired
* Have commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
* Air conditioning + refrigeration knowledge
* Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
