Application support - Manchester

This is a great opportunity to be part of a business with big growth plans and great opportunities to progress and develop your skills. We are looking for someone to join a fast growing, tech business to help deliver support to their clients.

The business is a leading software provider for businesses across the globe. They have a fun, relaxed culture where they encourage collaboration. In this position you will be involved in delivering first line support to clients in the UK and internationally. They pride themselves on their customer service so you will be required to document all case issues, continuously communicate progress of the fault with the client and manage and exceed the clients expectations.

As the successful candidate you will have:



* Linux and SQL
* Preferably: VMware, Clustering, CITRIX
* Experience in supporting software/applications
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Very customer focused and has strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and communication skills

In return, they will provide you with a salary of c£22,000 - £30,000 with other great benefits.
