Reporting Analyst - London - £55,000

A leading global organisation is looking to expand its European operation with the addition of a Reporting Analyst to sit within their Data Analytics team. The position will report into the Head of Data Analytics, who will be based in the New York Office and as such, be able to work autonomously.

The role will work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment that will require working closely with other teams and stakeholders to provide results orientated data and performance metrics.

You will need experience in various software packages and database tools, such as SQL query tool and Tableau, in order to report on this data.


* Work diligently with the other teams to assist in defining reporting needs based on business requirements
* Generate, sustain and develop reporting template(s) and tailor as needed using reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint
* Take responsibility of managing internal ad-hoc reporting and data analytics requirements and numerous internal process development initiatives
* Manage JIRA ticketing system to support data analytics requests
* Support Dashboard user community within the business and collaborate with Data teams to further improve developments for the dashboard to advance reporting functionality and effectiveness
* Work with the QA team to certify all reporting matters and faults are addressed before delivery of reports
* Analyse activity data, provide valuations of trends, and position activity metrics
