Role: Customer Service Administrator

Start: ASAP

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Salary: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour + holiday

Location: Chatham, Kent

Hours: Full time

Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.

You will be working with a client within the maintenance industry, excellent company to be apart of. You will be working there on an ongoing temporary basis.

Role - Customer Service Administrator

* Take ownership and manage customer complaints and enquiries through to resolution.
* Liaise internally between the client area offices and externally with our clients and their customers to answer enquiries received relating to work carried out.
* Proactively contact customers to ensure their enquiries have been resolved and to monitor the quality of Customer Service provided.
* Visit customers and sites across the South East where required.
* Provide local Liaison support for planned schemes across the South East.
* Accurately update both in-house and client databases.
* Monitor social media channels and take proactive approach to ensure company and client reputations are enhanced.

Experience needed -

* Being the first point of contact, liaising with all customers / residents
* Managing queries and customer service
* Being able to manage your own time
* Excellent customer service skills
* This role will be your own, so you need to be able to prioritise, get stuck in and be willing to complete duties that may fall outside your role when needed.
