Are you an experienced administrator looking for your new role? Do you have an interest in beauty products and want to move this into your work also?

We are currently recruiting for a candidate with experience in customer service and administration to join our friendly company in Coventry. You will be working in a beauty company who sell a large range of beauty products.

Your Responsibilities will be

* Offer a high level of customer service at all times
* Build close relationships with National Accounts and Spa customers to maximise sales potential and achieve agreed targets
* Maintain and update the customer database
* Undertake administration duties; i.e. reports, quotations, pro-formas
* Ensure payments are met in accordance with company policy
* Ensure accurate input of orders onto the in house system.
* Monitor new customer previous day report to ensure any new spa accounts are allocated against the correct sales channel.
* Notify customers of any discontinued products on back order and ensure the company in house system is updated

Your Skills/Experience

* At least 6 months of office based experience either in an administration role
* Confident with dealing with customers on the phone
* Comfortable with Mircrosoft Office etc.

Salary of £16,570

Hours of work are 39 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm.
