Document Controller

Are you an experienced cost clerk who is looking for a new job opportunity in Cambridge?

A construction contractor is looking for a cost clerk to join their team on a 12 month contract. You will be working in head office in Cambridge. The role is paid on a monthly basis, equating to £18,200 total for the duration of the contract.

Construction experience is ideal. AAT or RICS is ideal. Strong user of excel necessary. Full UK driving license

Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the commercial lead and site teams
* Analyse costs to maximise profits
* Uploading and downloading of documents onto a system
* Process invoices
* Analyse costs
* Analyse material and plant schedules
* Visit other offices
* Delivering the status of communications
* Ad Hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* A full UK driving license
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* AAT or RICS qualification
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus
