Our established Client, based in Oxford are looking for friendly people with customer service experience to join them in a short term contract until September.

The Duties:
*Supporting the management and resolution of customer queries and any exceptions that are identified throughout the install journey from inbound calls and emails.
*Adopting a 'right first time' culture within the role and maximise opportunities to offer excellent customer service.
*Liaising with the installation engineers booking installations and managing their schedules.
*Supporting the Smart Delivery Lead in all activity relating to the engagement of customers to achieve a smart meter install.
*Building successful 3rd party relationships and optimising these to improve delivery and service to our customers.
*Ensuring any complaints are successfully dealt with and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
*Contributing to specified targets including volume of electricity and gas smart installations (annual), Net Promoter Score (NPS), volume of meter appointments being kept and complaints. Attending regular team meetings.
*Focusing on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction Dealing with problems and issues; capable of assessing the situation and recommending the best solution for both the customer and the business

The successful candidate will:
*Have a good level of customer service experience. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and orally and able to prioritise a busy workload.
*You will enjoy working in a busy team and will be able to adopt a collaborative approach every day.
*Your administration skills will be excellent so you will be highly PC literate with sound knowledge of MS Office and internal database systems.

It would also be a distinct advantage if you have had previous experience of one or more of the following systems however full training will be provided: SAP, XOServe, ECOES and SalesForce.
