Quantity Surveyor

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Maidstone, Kent

Salary - £60,000 plus package

Client: An Award Winning, Local Kent Contractor with a Company Annual Turn-over in the region of £20mil. Projects consisting of Fit-Out, Design & Build & Refurbishment within Heritage, Healthcare & Education. Projects throughout Kent ranging from £250k to £3Mil.

Position: Seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will primarily be based from the Head Office in Maidstone, Kent reporting to a Managing Surveyor.

Requirements

* Ideally previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial, Retail or Industrial
* HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* Highly Organised
* Good negotiation skills
