Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? Do you want to work for a renowned organisation based in Birmingham City Centre? Looking for a temporary role? If so, this is the perfect role for you!

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join well established organisation for a 3 month temporary contract.

This is a temporary 3 month vacancy.

Role details:

* Monday to Friday
* £8.50 - £10 p/h depending on experience
* City centre location
* Temporary - 3 months
* Start date 20/08/2018

Duties to include;

* Scheduling interviews
* Coordinating diaries
* Liaising with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews
* Booking in interviews and sending confirmations
* Ensuring all parties are communicated to within the agreed time scales
* Quality checking information
* Updating the internal systems
* Managing own workload

Skills/Experience required:

* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Previous experience as an Administrator - minimum of 12 months
* MS office proficient
* Excellent analytical skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
