Well look no further, as I am currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to operate in the East London region, for a leading housing developer.

I am currently working with one of the UK's leading housing developers, with a broad range of properties primarily in London. Over the years my client has a built a reputation renowned for its enthusiastic drive to make a difference.

This exclusive project is a great opportunity to join a reputable company who are seeking for an accomplished Project Surveyor.

The desired Project Surveyor would have sufficient experience in high-end residential schemes

The Role:

* Re-measurement of Bills of Quantities

* Setting up and maintaining contract files

* Checking material sizes and quantities for procurement;

* Preparation of contract claims information;

* Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations;

* Preparing subcontract valuation and payment certificates;

* Monitoring costs to ensure budgets are met;

* Preparing sub-contract enquiries and order documentation;

* Evaluating/selecting subcontract tenders;

* Preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts and contract charges;

* Preparing valuations for interim application for payment including variations
