The aim of the role of Project Administrator is to provide support across the organisation, primarily to one or more specific projects, and work flexibly across the organisation in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

* managing enquiries (internal and external) to ensure information reaches the right people to respond;
* providing administrative support to other assignments as required;
* contributing to the sustainable development of the organisation through consistent application of relevant processes.

The role requires engagement with stakeholders to ensure that the relevant team receives appropriate administrative support.


* Demonstrable office experience including confident use of standard software and business processes
* Managing office records
* Customer service focus (internal and external)
* Budget administration
* Team working as part of a project team
* Planning and time management
