Property Manager - Immediate start - £18k - £20k

Clarkes Way Bath BA2

* Monday - Friday 08.00AM - 17.00PM
* Salary £18K - £20K - Paid weekly every Friday

Your responsibilities include:

* Proactively manage a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are met at all times
* As you are providing the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property, it is imperative that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients
* Taking payments for reservation fees, initial rent and deposit, ensuring deposits are logged to meet legislation.
* Liaising with customers and internal parties to confirm approved applications and arrange move in dates.
* Arrange inventory clerks to attend for move ins and move outs.
* Review Inventories to establish any maintenance works required and effectively manage these works either through third party contractors.
* Review check out reports to establish any dilapidations liable to the Customer, liaising with the customer on such findings and the costs of these findings
* Ensuring accuracy of documents, sending to customers for signing and managing the return of signed documents
* Ensuring all compliance matters are up to date, effectively manage any compliance matters due, ensuring database is up to date to report to clients
* To effectively manage reported maintenance issues, to ensure that all works are completed cost effectively, to a satisfactory standard, and in a timely manner
