Business Development Manager

Are you an energetic Business Development Manager? Would you like to join a company that has revolutionised the Private Medical sector and is soon to be the leading company for eHealth worldwide?

Our client is a world leader company in identifying elite doctors and medical centres looking for experienced Business Development Manager to join their exciting team. This is a home based, field based role offering basic salary of £20,000 p.a. plus £3,500 car allowance and uncapped commission. You will have a realistic OTE in the first year of £47,500 and in the second year OTE of £60,000 plus.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for closing deals with clients in the field. Each day you will attend at least three appointments that will be arranged for you by the lead generating team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver profitable growth against Company objectives and targets
- Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations and close the sale with the clients
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Deliver targeted amount of customer visits following robust business plan and prioritization process
- Engage with prospective customers at all levels
- To consistently achieve agreed new business KPIs
- To keep the CRM database up to date
- To uphold the Company image through personal behaviour and appearance including the presentation of yourself
- To produce and present monthly forecast on all key business projects
- To continue to enhance knowledge of competitor information
- To complete all administrative functions of the role in a prompt and efficient manner
