Contracts Manager

My client is one of the leading regional contracting business who have an immediate need for a Contracts manager. This is a rapidly growing business delivering schemes between 1-4m GBP in value on a mix of frameworks and competitively tendered works. They operate across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.

The projects will consist of Education, MoD and health schemes in the main and you will be responsible for managing at least two live schemes and one in pre construction. you will have a senior site manager on each reporting to you and a Senior Surveyor overseeing the projects. You will report to an Operations Manager and must be happy travelling throughout the Hampshire / Dorset and West Sussex area.

Requirements

* Education / Health / MoD Experience - Main contractor
* HNC / Degree level education or equivalent
* Full UK Driving License
* CSCS
* Previous Contracts Management experience
