Sales Administrator - Stalybridge

Up to £25,000 + Benefits

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

I am recruiting for my client an industry leader in their specialism. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to support their Sales Team throughout the UK with their Sales Administration as well as overseeing your assigned product category. This is a role where you will be expected to be able to grow these accounts as well as provide them with the highest possible Customer Service. You will be working in a busy sales and projects office environment so initiative and fast pace is imperative for the role.

Responsibilities:

* Dealing with your own customer base
* For all administration with your customers
* Liaising with our Goods Out Team to ensure smooth fulfilment
* Developing and growing your clients accounts
* Creating good working relationships with your Clients
* Dealing with a complex product range

Experience Required:

* 4 years' experience within a Sales Admin OR Account Management role
* Excellent telephone manner & organisational skills
* Ability to use initiative to manage workload and take direction
* Being able to manage your own knowledge of the products to work towards always improving this
* Experience of using in-house IT systems

Desirable Skills

* Experience working in a telesales environment
* B2B experience
* Ability to work well in a team
