A very well established firm in Barry are looking for an Administrator with Customer Service skills to join the team ASAP.


* Small family run company - value each employee and very low turnover.

* Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm


* Prepare written responses to general enquiries
* Modify and maintain client files accurately using Excel
* Resolve administrative enquiries
* Book, record and administer online tests for clients
* Open, sort and distribute incoming post
* Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
* Handle requests for information and data
* Build relationships with Clients when they call in, provide excellent customer service
* Maintain Office inventories
* Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, correspondence, memos and emails

Essential Skills:

* Strong Administration experience
* Strong Excel, Word and Outlook experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Confident to answer the phone when needed and answer general enquiries
* Able to communicate well with customers - telephone experience preferable
* Experience with liaising with other departments/ suppliers
* Bubbly personality, showing patience and remaining friendly
