Working in the Construction sector, my client is urgently seeking a professional and experienced Administrator to join their busy team. Ideally the successful candidate will live fairly locally and be able to get to a rural location.

Job description:

* Liaising with new build developers, booking in jobs nationally
* Ordering stock such as sinks and taps
* Working closely with Sales on site ensuring they have all the samples/literature they require.
* The candidate will also be required to cover staff when off sick and therefore training will be provided for:-
* Basic Administration duties
* Quoting for studio customers
* As well as any Adhoc duties

Person specification

* Looking for a stable, long term career opportunity
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work on own initiative
* Able to use MS Office and bespoke CRM system
