We have a fantastic opportunity for a business development executive to join an expanding company in Shirley, Solihull. You will be working in lovely offices with a structured career and progression plan. The company have an extremely low staff turnover and pride themselves on being a great place to work

Your Responsibilities

* To gain new business, through inbound & outbound Calls
* Efficiently and effectively handle inbound calls from customers and local lettings experts
* To build future client base through strong relationship management exceeding customer expectations.
* Book viewings through leads
* Develop knowledge of your clients, gain an understanding of their needs and ensure services are being fully utilised to fulfil their requirements
* Manage email queries alongside outbound calls to maximiseefficiency and speed of resolution for our customers.
* Successfully manage a pipeline in order to maximise every single lead opportunity
* Undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties as and when required, including assisting with inbound call handling if needed

Your Skills/ Experience

* Good sales and negotiation skill - previous experience of working in a sales role not essential - we are looking for more personality
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Build rapport quickly with customers to gain their trust
* Shows support for business values and demonstrates a high level of honesty and integrity
* Able to work in a well-structured manner with strong organisational skills
* Able to work to set deadlines, accurately and with an attention to detail
* Builds and maintains good working relationships, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good level of literacy and numeracy skills
* An interest in the property market.
