Are you an experienced administrator looking for immediate temporary work within the Winchester area?
Do you have experience of working in sheltered accommodation or specifically with the elderly?
Can you commit to a minimum of 4 months? Potentially longer for the right candidate.

This is a temporary position working Monday - Thursday 08.30am-17.00pm and Friday's 08.30-16.30pm

Responsibilities;
*Answer telephone calls
*Respond to emails
*Monitoring and reporting repairs and servicing issues in communal areas
*Responsible for letting communal guestrooms/rooms and collecting fees
*Reporting any environmental problems (fly tipping, vandalism, graffiti, etc)
*Updating database with relevant information
*Liaising with housing staff and other departments
*Other administration duties as required

Skills and experience;
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Minimum of 1-2 years office experience
*Good keyboard skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Experience working in sheltered accommodation or working with the elderly
