Are you an experienced DM planner looking for your next role? We have an exciting opportunity for a local authority client for a Senior Planner.

You will lead on major planning apps for the regeneration of three estates (with another colleague). The workload would be focused on the planning apps, S106 negotiations, pre-apps only for the regeneration of three housing estates; responsibility is shared equally with another senior DM colleague.

It is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate; unusually for DM you will get to focus on just three sites (shared with a colleague) for a series of substantial Reserved Matters planning applications connected to the estate regeneration. Supported by a dedicated legal team supporting you on the S106 and sitting in the regeneration / planning policy team you will have easy access to a whole team of support. Flexible working is also available for the right candidate


Relevant Planning degree

5 years + experience within DM

Ideally experience on regen projects
