Storeperson/ Storeman - With Telehandler Ticket

Storeman/ Storeperson required for a long term project of seven years in Crawley. Candidates must have a valid CSCS card along with CPCS or NPORS.

The ideal Storeman will have extensive experience in keeping track of what is available in the inventory. The storeman must monitor current stock levels to decide if more should be ordered, as well as organizing existing inventory, so it is easily and safely accessible.

The storeman is responsible for accepting all deliveries of stock. This includes ensuring that they are not damaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for. He is also responsible for organizing the dispatch of finished goods and products. He ensures that the product is suitably packaged and that the delivery service used meets delivery time constraints.

He will be required to use the Telehandler when asked to help move materials for other members of staff on site, this will not be all day and will only be once in a short while. The client is happy to pay the worker on a forklift rate to ensure they get the best out of this project.

The rate will be £15.50- £16.00. This is negotiable for candidates who posses vast amounts of experience.
