My Residential Housing Building client is on the lookout for a Site Manager who has experience in management within the Residential House Building sector, ideally with a similar regional House Builder. The skills needed within the role, outside of the qualifications, are strong leadership qualities, especially from a health and safety perspective. As the company produce High End properties; you must display past experience of working with a great product. As the brand are pushing for awards, award winners with either NHBC or LABC would be advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience:

* A proven track record of successful delivery of numerous residential schemes
* High End property experience is a must
* Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills
* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication skills
* Ideally already won awards with NHBC or LABC
* A current CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid
* Valid Driving Licence

It would be highly desirable if you have operated as a Site Manager in a previous role, ideally within the house building sector. You will also have all the recognised qualifications including; SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, CSCS Black Card and a NVQ of at least level 4. These qualifications are mandatory and any other relevant qualifications would be highly desired.
