Purpose of the Relationship Sales Executive

To effectively and efficiently build relationships, create further opportunities from leads, advertising prospects for services and solutions and explaining how we are global specialists and different to other brokers in the market. Liaising with the regional executive team to transfer opportunities to them following on from booking a succesful appointment which you will need to attend on occasions.

This role is perfect for somebody who wants develop their career and have a clear outlined progression route within a corporate sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Undertake all technical and day to day lead generating and sales closure requirements to provide the necessary service to clients
* Structure and prepare campaigns day to day to qualify enough data to enhance pipeline
* Pipeline management
* Building and maintaining relationships with prospects as well as internal sales executive and the business development team
* Research and understand the prospects we are targeting through the in-house system
* Create and maintain all internal systems to capture all relevant data
* Reporting the outcomes of campaigns back to management and managing productivity of a campaign
* Deliver as part of the team to agreed key performance requirements
* Ensure that all statutory an company regulations are followed to protect prospects and the business


* Previous B2B sales experience
* Experience in outbound/ inbound calls
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident when talking to all prospects over the phone
* Lead generating experience would be advantageous
* Good IT skills, conversant in all Microsoft Office application
* Well organised
* Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Wants career progression
