IT Project Resource Planner - Kent

Working for a major non-profit organisation, this role will support a large IT function at a time of change and transformation. You'll help to deploy the right resources, at the right time, for the right programmes of work.

You' will work alongside a range of senior managers to support them in ensuring their projects have the appropriate resources allocated to them.

You'll be highly organised, a confident communicator and have a good understanding of planning and managing resource demand across a changing business.

Key duties:-

The Resource Planner will:

* Ensure resource demand profile is clear for all and resource capacity aligns to the demand
* Drive the efficient use of resources to achieve objectives in line with business strategy and requirements
* Work with our partners to provide additional flexible resource capacity when demand requires
* Define and manage processes for the management of resources.
* Respond to resource requests from a range of mid to senior managers
* Provide Management Information, as required to the Business Unit Heads and other relevant stakeholders
