Do you have experience in an administrative role? Are you looking for a long term temporary position with the possibility of it becoming permanent? Can you start as soon as possible? If you answered yes to these questions then please read on and apply below. This is a temporary admin position working 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

This is a general admin role working within a logistics team, your day to day responsibilities for this job will include;
*Answering calls and emails
*Keeping databases up to date
*Scanning and uploading documents
*Speaking to clients and customers
*General administration to support the logistics admin team
*Allocating orders

To be successful in this job, the skills and experience you will need are;
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written.
*Ability to speak to clients in a professional manner
*Good telephone manner
*Able to manage several queries at any one time
*Good computer skills, specifically excel
*Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience of working in an administrative role
*High level of accuracy
