Are you looking for a role that can offer you experience within a busy administration enviormment?

Working within a small team, you will required to:

* answer incoming calls and direct them to the appreciate associate
* greet visitors
* print and quality check documentation
* copy and file documentation
* keep records up to date both digitally and physically
* complete duties assigned by the office manager

Full training will be given on all in house systems but you need to be computer literate and have good customer service skills.

The hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
