Senior M&E Manager

Are you aiming to work with one of the leading Contractors in London? We are currently working in partnership with one of the longest standing contractors based in London who are looking to bring an experienced M&E Manager into their team due to recently securing several prestigious projects in Central London. The turnover for the business is in excess of £400million with one of the best reputations in London attracting the highest calibre of employees.

This particular role is a regional role based around Central London. You will need to have design experience. My client is offering a basic salary of £75,000 plus a company package for the right individual.


* Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages for several projects.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.


* Experience working for a Main Contractor is favourable but not essential.
* Construction Management Certificates are essential including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Experience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the build of some projects.
