* Rota 09:00 - 17:30 / 10:30 AM - 19:00PM
* 1 in 5 Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

This is not a cold calling role and it's not a hard sell everyone you speak to has actively shown an interest in the courses on offer.

Your main responsibility through a consultative approach will be to understand the background, motivations and ambitions of potential customers before presenting a personalised value case suited to their situation. You will be the catalyst in helping and guiding people to build the confidence to take this career-changing step.

* Making a high volume of outbound calls from warm leads to understand prospective students' education levels, commitments, and motivations to advise them on the most appropriate course for them.
* Delivering a tailored presentation of the organisation, its courses and services, application requirements, enrolment procedure and payment plans to prospective students via inbound and outbound calling, email and scheduled phone appointments.
* Maximising student enrolments to meet enrolment targets and achieve the key performance indicators set by the business.
* Developing and maintaining an up-to- date knowledge of all courses and services, and those of our
competitors.
* Taking shared responsibility for your own professional development and self-improvement and complete all
relevant training.

Requirements

* Previous B2C experience within a sales environment
* Experience in outbound calls (60 + per day)
* Proven ability to work towards KPI's and targets
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident when talking to all prospects over the phone
* Experience of working in the education or training sector is advantageous but not essential
* Good IT skills, conversant in all Microsoft Office and Outlook application
* Experience of working with CRM databases is advantageous but not essential
* Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Wants career progression
