An excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global provider of Secure File Sharing and Online Document Management Cloud SaaS solutions has become available.

The role will be London based and requires an experienced sales professionals to sell our clients highly successful and sophisticated SaaS solutions to private sector organisations across the UK.

Benefits include:

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus a realistic double OTE

The main responsibilities include:

*Demonstrate the value of client SaaS and client portal solution, as well as a suite of onboarding services, to accounting professionals and businesses via web demonstrations and phone.
*Develop territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
*Attain sales targets and quotas by both in person customer visits and meetings over the phone.
*Excel at qualifying each opportunity to ensure the right level of follow through is established and tracked.
*Manage pipeline growth, opportunity stages and coordinate sales activities (using Salesforce CRM) that result in closing new business
*Obtain and provide territory information regarding competitive intelligence and market penetration.
*Convert and close leads provided by marketing team.

Role requirements:

*3 - 5 + years of successful experience in business-to-business sales (Secure file sharing and Document Storage SaaS sales experience is highly desirable)
*Positive attitude and a team player with strong business ethics.
*Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a goal driven environment.
*Able to work remote and travel to customer locations as needed.
*Successful experience in solution selling methods and value-proposition techniques
*General understanding of business acumen - Our client is business productivity tool used by to small-to-medium sized professional services businesses (accounting & finance professionals, legal and healthcare are primary markets)
*Effective organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication (phone, Live Chat and email) and listening skills
*Experience working with Salesforce is highly desired)
*A working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
