Sales Administrator

Dukinfield - 15 minutes walk from Stalybridge Train Station

£8.50/hour to £10/hour - depending on experience

Temporary - 4 to 6 weeks, immediate start

Monday to Friday

You will be responsible with assisting the day to day co-ordination of the Sales Team service delivery, project based tasks, helpdesk and communications requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Handling sales phone calls and emails
* General admin duties (emails, customer queries)
* Helpdesk duties - respond to requests in a timely and accurately manner
* Providing secretarial support
* Maintain the database updated
* File maintenance
* Undertaking admin duties such as scanning/ copying and filing

Requirements:

* Immediate availability
* Very good PC skills
* Punctuality and organisation skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise own work load
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Fast and accurate typing
* Motivated, flexible, reliable and proactive
