A successful Public Sector Organisation is looking for an enthusiastic Income Recovery Officer. This is a temporary position which is ongoing until at least April.

Your Package

* Full time Hours
* Monday - Friday
* £12.37 per hour

Your Responsibilities

* Support tenants, residents and other YHN staff to provide advice and guidance in the recovery process, including the receipt of payments using appropriate technology, identifying priority debts and arranging repayment plans.
* Arrange and attend evictions where required and liaise with YHN's Court team to ensure appropriate cases are referred for recovery action.
* Have excellent communication skills and a helpful phone manner
* Personally credible with effective verbal and written communication skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications to produce reports and communicate with a wide range of audiences
* Effective organisational skills, and able to plan, prioritise and think clearly and decisively within a pressurised environment of competing priorities and problem-solving

Your Skills and Experienced

* Had previous experience within the housing sector
* Want to help others and contribute to the success of the business
* Helpful and understanding phon4e manner
