Are you a successful sales person? Love the buzz of closing down a deal and seeing your hard work turn into commission? If so we have a fantastic opportunity where you can thrive. An up and coming financial organisation who already have a global presents are looking to build on their expanding UK team.

As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will need to have a proven track record in a B2B Sales environment, be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They will also be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Deliver excellent Sales performance, consistently achieving business targets
* Be well versed in product sales information as a tool to selling
* Use agreed Sales Methodology
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services
* Ask questions to understand customer requirement whilst ABC (always be closing)
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner
* Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales ·
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints


* 1 year experience Telesales / New Business Sales experience
* Knowledge of sales methodology
* Microsoft office skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
* Detail oriented
