As a specialist school and college we've got over 15 houses where we board young people with disabilities on a year-round, term time, weekly and daily basis.

Helping vulnerable people fit in has been at the centre of what we've always done an now 100 years on, we're proud of being a specialist residential school and college for under 25's who have a variety of disabilities. We lead research into neuro conditions for under 25's across the Uk, linking with Great Ormond Street and other top institutes. Our work is never ending and our desire to make lives better is our driving force.

What are your responsibilities?

* Promoting health and well being
* Encouraging independence through life choices and teaching core values
* Safeguard and look after students in all environments in line with their care plans
* Work with medical staff, Physiotherapists, Social Workers towards objectives set out

What is required?

* You MUST have your own car because of our location
* A caring but ambitious personality - we need role models!
* A true passion to want to change lives and progress your career
