Engaging students to participate in several subjects specialised in Agriculture will be the main aim for your day. Working on a one to one and group basis, you will ensure that your students with complex and physical needs can build confidence and effective communication with peers and staff.

Job responsibilities:
- Work on a one to one or group basis
- Flexible in meeting the needs of each student
- Support the main teacher to assist with any preparation classroom based tasks
- Help students to build effective communication with peers and staff
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
- Participate in all timetabled activities throughout the day
- Work alongside students educational health care plans

Key skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- DBS in the last 12 months (desirable)
- Must have experience in personal care
- Experience working with Adults or children in education or care
- Must have experience supporting complex and physical disabilities
